About
Built for people who are already keeping track.
BP & Sugar Tracker started from a common situation: someone measuring their blood pressure twice a day, writing it in a notebook, and arriving at a consultation with a page of numbers nobody can read quickly.
The app has one job — hold that record properly. It keeps your readings together with the things that surround them: the medicine you took, the meal you ate, how you slept, how much you walked. Then it summarises them clearly when you need to show someone.
What we deliberately don't do
- We don't diagnose conditions or grade your health.
- We don't recommend medicines, doses or changes to your treatment.
- We don't claim a food, an activity or a habit caused a change in your readings.
- We don't fill in values you didn't confirm.
Who it's for
People managing blood pressure or blood sugar over the long term, people tracking on behalf of a parent, and anyone who has been asked by a doctor to "note it down and come back in a month".
