It does not diagnose
Nothing shown in the app — a colour, a status label, a trend arrow or a summary — is a medical assessment. Reference ranges used for status labels are general defaults configured in the tracker, not ranges set for you by a clinician. Your own targets may be different, and only your doctor can set them.
It does not advise on medication
The app records the medicines you tell it about and whether you took them. It will never suggest starting, stopping or changing a medicine or a dose. Do not change your treatment based on anything you see here.
It does not establish cause
When a meal, an activity or a night's sleep appears near a reading, the app is showing you what was recorded close in time. It is not saying one caused the other.
In an emergency
If you have chest pain or pressure, severe breathlessness, weakness on one side, slurred speech, confusion, fainting, a seizure, or any symptom that frightens you, do not spend time in this app. Contact your local emergency number or get to the nearest emergency department immediately.
Discuss persistent readings
If your readings stay outside the range your doctor has set for you, or you notice a change that concerns you, take your record to a healthcare professional rather than acting on it alone.
