BP & Sugar Tracker
How it works

From your first reading to a report your doctor can use.

  1. Create your account

Email and a password to start. You can add your name, age, height and preferred units later — none of it is required to log a reading.

  2. Choose what to track

Pick from blood pressure, blood sugar, pulse, weight, SpO₂, medicines, meals, activity, sleep and symptoms. The dashboard only shows what you selected.

  3. Log in seconds

Quick-add buttons on every screen, and a floating add button on mobile. You can also upload a photo of your monitor and confirm the values it reads.

  4. Watch your own pattern build

After a couple of weeks the charts start to mean something: averages, ranges and whether a number is steady, rising or falling.

  5. Print the report before your appointment

Choose a period, and the report gives counts, averages, ranges, adherence and symptom summaries on one page.

In an emergency, don't use the app. If you have chest pain, severe breathlessness, confusion, fainting or any symptom that worries you, contact emergency services or get to a hospital.
