1. What this service is
BP & Sugar Tracker is a personal record-keeping tool. It stores health information that you enter, summarises it, and lets you export it. It is not a medical device, a diagnostic service, or a substitute for professional healthcare.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity on your account. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has access to it. One account is intended for one person, though you may record measurements for family members within it.
3. Accuracy of records
The app stores what you enter. Values read from a photo must be confirmed by you before they are saved. We are not responsible for decisions made on the basis of incorrectly entered or misread data.
4. Acceptable use
- Don't attempt to access another user's records.
- Don't probe, scan or overload the service.
- Don't upload unlawful content or content you have no right to store.
5. Availability
We aim to keep the service running, but it is provided on an "as available" basis. Maintenance, outages and connectivity problems can happen. Your recent entries are held on your device and sync when the connection returns.
6. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, and will tell you why where we lawfully can.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in the courts of Gurugram, Haryana, unless local mandatory law provides otherwise.
